‘What days of discovery and triumph!’: the Braggs, Crystallography, and Music

 

“What days of discovery and triumph!” is inspired by the 2014 UN International Year of Crystallography and the 2013 centenary of the Leeds-based work of William and Henry Braggs leading to the development of X-ray Crystallography. The concert will consist of historical readings and music, including a newly-commissioned work by composer Lauren Redhead, exploring the science of X-ray Crystallography and Music.
